you should be able to separate tRNA from total by page or sec. in page, it will migrate farther than the rest. In sec, it will elute later than the rest.

What is the method of "page or sec"? Will it contaminate RNA?

Is “Page” sodium dedecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis?
Is “Sec” a size exclusion chromatography?

page is polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. sds is not used with nucleic acids.

sec is size exclusion chromatography.

neither method, if performed properly, will contaminate the rna.

you may also be able to use agarose gel electrophoresis (age).

If I performed properly, the possibility of RNA contamination becomes smaller.

My experiment requires not contaminating RNA.
